1. Nature of Services
Jadhav Digital Hub primarily provides in-person digital facilitation services. Physical delivery applies to printed documents, certificates, and cards collected on behalf of customers.
2. In-Office Collection
Customers are encouraged to collect completed documents directly from our office at Shop No.2, Naik Building, Vanrai Corner, Dhankawadi, Pune – 411043 during business hours (9 AM – 10 PM, Mon–Sun).
3. Home Delivery
Where home delivery is offered for specific documents, delivery timelines depend on courier availability and are typically 3-7 business days within Pune. Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated in advance.
4. Digital Delivery
Soft copies of documents may be shared via email or WhatsApp upon customer request, subject to service type and privacy guidelines.
5. Delayed Delivery
Delays caused by government processing, courier services, or incomplete customer information are beyond our direct control. We will assist in tracking and follow-up.
